Procurement Dashboard is intended to give buyers and operations leaders a summarized view of procurement activity inside PGI.
Workflow visibility
The dashboard may show requirement status, RFQ progress, supplier shortlist activity, quote review state, and data-quality warnings where available.
Role-aware access
Dashboard information should be shown according to organization roles, project access, and PGI governance rules.
Decision support, not final approval
Dashboard views support procurement tracking but do not replace buyer approvals, supplier contracts, compliance checks, or ERP workflows.
What PGI does not guarantee
- PGI Hub does not guarantee the lowest-cost supplier, final pricing, supplier availability, delivery timelines, or RFQ acceptance.
- PGI Hub does not guarantee that every potential supplier has completed PGI review, is claimed, active, approved, or suitable for a buyer requirement.
