Restricted workflow boundary
Users must not use PGI Hub to source, sell, quote, route, or coordinate goods or services that are unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, sanctioned, export-controlled, or outside PGI's closed-beta operating scope.
Review before use
Buyers and vendors remain responsible for confirming product legality, authority to share data, import/export restrictions, safety requirements, and any regulated procurement obligations before relying on a workflow.
Operational response
PGI may restrict access, block workflows, hide records, preserve audit evidence, or route activity for internal review when prohibited or high-risk product activity is suspected.
What PGI does not guarantee
- PGI Hub does not guarantee supplier availability, final pricing, delivery timelines, product legality, or RFQ acceptance.
- PGI Hub does not guarantee that a supplier record is claimed, active, suitable, approved, or independently reviewed for a buyer requirement.
- PGI Hub does not provide legal, tax, customs, import, export, logistics, or procurement compliance advice.
- PGI Hub does not provide instant access to hidden supplier contact details where contact governance applies.
- PGI Hub does not claim completed public launch, payment collection, invoicing, refund, security certification, or regulated compliance status.
